   1.  General Information
MountHeal Industries (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a precision manufacturing company specializing in VMC and CNC machining and related services. All services, quotations, and transactions provided by MountHeal Industries are subject to the following terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

 

   2.  Use of Website 

  • The content on this website is for general information and promotional purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any part of the website without prior notice.

  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
     

   3.  Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations provided by MountHeal Industries are valid for a limited period (usually 30 days) from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design revisions, or special project requirements.

  • Any additional work, modification, or unforeseen requirement not included in the initial quotation will be subject to additional charges.
     

   4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are accepted only after a written confirmation (email, purchase order, or signed document).

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order if it conflicts with company policy, ethical standards, or technical feasibility.

  • Once confirmed, cancellation or modification of an order may incur charges depending on the stage of production.
     

   5. Materials & Ownership

  • If raw materials are supplied by the client, they must meet agreed specifications. MountHeal Industries will not be responsible for defects arising from faulty or substandard materials supplied by clients.

  • If MountHeal Industries supplies the materials, ownership of finished goods transfers to the client only after full payment is received.

  • Any tooling, jigs, or fixtures developed by MountHeal Industries remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

   6. Delivery & Lead Time

  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

  • MountHeal Industries is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including material shortages, transport delays, labor strikes, or natural events.

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the client upon delivery or dispatch, whichever occurs first.
     

   7. Quality & Inspection

  • All parts are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure compliance with client specifications.

  • Clients are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt. Any claims for damage, shortages, or defects must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

  • After this period, all delivered goods are deemed accepted and free from defects.
     

   8. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are as specified in the quotation or invoice.

  • Late payments may attract interest or penalties as permitted by applicable law.

  • MountHeal Industries reserves the right to suspend ongoing work or delivery in case of overdue payments.
     

   9. Warranty & Liability

  • MountHeal Industries warrants that all products and services will meet the agreed specifications at the time of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for damage, misuse, or alteration of parts after delivery.

  • Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific job or service.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
     

   10. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary, technical, or business information shared during the course of a project.

  • No information shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
     

   11. Intellectual Property

  • All drawings, designs, programs, and manufacturing processes developed by MountHeal Industries remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred under a written agreement.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their designs do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
     

   12. Privacy Policy

  • Personal and business information shared with MountHeal Industries will be used only for business communication, quotation, and project management purposes.

  • We will not sell, rent, or disclose such information to third parties unless required by law.
     

   13. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless MountHeal Industries, its employees, and representatives from any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use,      handling, or modification of goods or services supplied by us.


   14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural      disasters, wars, strikes, supply chain interruptions, or governmental restrictions.


   15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State Name].


   16. Amendments

MountHeal Industries reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website      and will apply immediately to all new transactions.
